The primary role of the project manager is to meet or exceed the Client’s expectations through project deliverables. The project manager role utilizes techniques and tools to manage each stage of the project while working within organizational and cost constraints, setting goals tied directly to stakeholder needs, and getting the most from the project team to get the work done on-time and within budget.  

On-site PLG project leaders manage and/or direct the activities and people associated with projects through the following services:

  • Defining project requirements
  • Developing project plans/charters
  • Developing detailed plans and schedules
  • Facilitating interface between key project personnel and key functional areas
  • Managing resource fulfillment
  • Managing project implementation and day-to-day coordination
